Do Wind Deflection Standards Exist For Pole Cameras?

Hi Fellow integrator's

We install PTZ cameras on a variety of locations, and have found that certain poles work better than others when it comes to deflection, Has any engineers come up with an acceptable deflection for poles to mount a PTZ camera on?
