CCTV Minors Trespassing / Sharing Video

Is anyone aware of any laws in US that would prohibit the publicizing video of minors caught trespassing or burglarizing private property? I see these type of videos on social media.

(Further detail for those curious

I am asking because I am personally aware of a past incident where the sheriff strictly told the victim if they posted pictures (at the time around town like a lost dog sign) they would arrest the victim because the perpetrators were minors. In this particular instance, the minors were identified and prosecuted. The owner felt since they were released on probation (slap on the hands) after causing over $50,000 in damages and theft he want the local public to be aware, and keep watch on them. Their records are apparently sealed due to their age.)
