I need to run CAT6 cable about 90 feet across a high ceiling. There is existing EMT with 110 AC in it. I know the code about 2 to 6 inches away when running high voltage and low voltage parallel. My question is can I secure the CAT6 to the EMT or will there be interference and is it a code violation. For clarification, the CAT6 will not be in EMT and is unshielded. Thanks.
