Card Readers With Memory And Wiegand

Hi Is it possible to have card readers with memory which gives wiegand output?

Hello, Undisclosed:

Wiegand Protocol is a standard output option for many (if not most) readers on the market. In fact, if a reader supports any 26 bit format, it will also output Wiegand.

The part of your question that pertains to memory - do you mean the reader itself can store card scan information?
