Do you mean a Dashcam ?

Do you want video of things happening outside the vehicle (like traffic)? Do you want video of things happening inside the vehicle (like passenger and driver behavior)? Do you want both? Do you need live remote video access, or is it enough to record video and review that information in case of a problem later? Do you need telemetry data (like information on the vehicle's speed, direction of travel, location, driver behavior like aggressive braking and lane changes, etc)? Do you need alerts when the vehicle is in an accident, exceeds the speed limit, slams on the brakes, or leaves a predetermined area?

All these factors determine what you should buy, but the more questions you answer yes to, the more expensive the end product is going to be.
