Capture Motion @ 10ft/Sec? Non Blurred Frames?

Got a conveyor moving chips @ 10ft/sec Would like to spot check the chips 1 frame every 30 sec or so..... I have a

Axis q6054 iii PTZ good to manual 1/10,000 shutter but I can't find the sweet spot. We can add lighting and adjust placement as needed
