When you've been viewing surveillance videos as long as most of us on this site have been, you think you've seen it all. We've seen murders, ATM thefts, and every manner of robbery. We've seen weird bicycle crashes, car crashes, train crashes, and really weird plane crashes. We've seen hurricanes destroy homes. We've seen Lave flows, mudslides, and tidal waves.
So trust me when I tell you this is the weirdest video you may ever see.
16 years in this industry and I'm at a loss to explain it.
