I'm doing some independent research and would like to know more about what percentage of Axis' cameras use their own chips vs. Ambarella.
Any help would be much appreciated.

As I know, only some models from M3xxx line using Ambarella chips: M3004 (EOL), M3005 (EOL), M3016, M3024, M3044, M3045, M3046 and maybe some others.
