Can Analytic Metadata Be Used In Court?
Some VMS/VSaaSes offer video integrity verification tools to confirm that an exported video clip from ones system has not been tampered with. This has been marketed by many as a differentiator that makes the video usable in court.
During the IPVM Online show on Thursday, someone commented that they heard that [analytic] metadata cannot:
