Had a customer, with mixed cameras, HIK and VIVO..working fine until a power failure. They checked Switch and POE working fine. But cameras still notworking? possible problems? Kindly suggest diagnostic steps..?

Cameras Not Working?

Aug 22, 2016Define "not working". VMS can no longer connect to them? Browser interface to cameras is not responding? Can not ping them?
Just a wild guess, but is sounds like what I would expect on a DHCP network after a power failure, everything comes back online with new IP's, and previous configuration data is no longer valid.
