Cameras Dropping With Dual Server Avigilon System

We have inherited a recently installed Avigilon system, 2 servers, 128 cameras I believe 5 of which are 180 degree multi imagers. The site has 3 PCs each running ACC 7 for monitoring. Randomly one or a few cameras will show not connected on one of the ACC machines yet still show connected on the others. When we look at the site settings under connect/disconnect devices, we see that the camera in question are showing connected to both servers. I can disconnect from both and reconnect the camera but a day or two later the problem returns. Is there an Avigilon expert out there who can lend an opinion? Not asking for a network/camera tutorial, just some Avigilon experience.
