Camera To Look Thru Glass To Parking Lot?

This is not the ideal situation, but I have a customer who requires observation on the parking lot where their vehicles are located. The building owner will not allow any exterior cameras so I will be mounting these on interior walls and looking out thru glass. This is only 2-4 vehicles, so not a huge area but looking thru glass on the south west side of a building in Miami seems like a video consistency nightmare.

Can you recommend a camera or two that might be up to the task? Obviously excellent WDR and low light without IR are going to be a major requirements on this one.
