Been looking for a new software for our SIP intercoms (+200) from multiple campuses into our 24x7 SOC.
Seems that most security or intercoms applications aren't geared to manage higher call volumes (consistently 4 per minute during daytime hours) so I'm shifting the approach looking for call center switchboad-like software that can accept inbound calls from SIP intercoms.
Needs queue functionality, call forwarding, recording etc.
Anyone try, or better yet successfully implement something similar?
