Call Center Software To Manage SIP Intercoms?

Been looking for a new software for our SIP intercoms (+200) from multiple campuses into our 24x7 SOC. 

Seems that most security or intercoms applications aren't geared to manage higher call volumes (consistently 4 per minute during daytime hours) so I'm shifting the approach looking for call center switchboad-like software that can accept inbound calls from SIP intercoms.

Needs queue functionality, call forwarding, recording etc.

Anyone try, or better yet successfully implement something similar?

FreePBX might be worth looking at.   It handles video if you have any SIP video devices. 3CX is another option.

I haven't used this product in a few years but I was always impressed with it.  It contains many (many) functions including a fairly full featured SIP server and several telephony functions.  http://www.communigate.com
