Looking for some suggestions on taking my business to the next level. We do a small volume ($40-$50,000) of Axis products each year, and for the past 2 years have been buying either from B&H or from an integrator that would sell directly to us. This year we'll probably do more than normal, maybe $80k and it seems to me that we should be able to get better pricing than we currently have.
I've read a lot of the threads about the Axis dealer network, companies that will sell directly, etc. But, what's the *right* way to do it? If I want to get "as direct as I can" without paying too many middle men/women, how should I go about it?
