I have maybe a dozen fire alarm accounts that no longer fit our business model. I’d like to have the customer find a local company to take over the account without going to a company that competes with my other services. I’m familiar with 2 or 3 companies that fit this desire.
should I reach out to those companies directly or tell the customer to reach out or both? The customers are not under contract and I am not looking to get paid for these accounts.
