Best Ultra Low Light Camera (For Below 1200 USD)

In an environment where I have nearly no electricity supply besides a battery pack , I need a camera, which delivers a good enough picture for detecting intruders (manually).

So which is the best low light camera for below ~1200 USD on the market ?

The ony specifications would be :

- opening angle of >= 90 degrees and - >= 4 MP.

I have read the shootout in 2019, but I guess a lot happend since then.

Any suggestions ?
