Best Practicing For Labeling An Access Control System?

Hello,

I would appreciate a bit of advice. We are towards the tail end of an access control system installation with about 65 Readers and 20 Control Panels. How would you recommend labeling the Readers, Panels and Controllers. So if a reader went down we can easily find the IDF, Panel and controller. Thank You in advance.
