NVR Viewing Performance Is Terrible - Better Options?

 Hi All ,

 

I have a client with a 16ch Luma NVR and 11 1080p cameras. The viewing performance is terrible - select one camera to view, goes black for @ 2 min, comes up, locks, etc,.l It does this both through the browser and direct monitor connection.

 

Any advice on better choice or is this what can be expected from this technology?

Brian, what Luma NVR model do you have? It would be helpful to know that specifically to evaluate specs / alternatives.
