Best Camera Type To Use In Nightclub Lighting

I have my first nightclub CCTV project coming up and I wanted to get some advice on the correct camera selection. Nightclubs have unique lighting. Its a dark enviroment but never completely dard. There is always alot of flashing light from the specialized lighting equipment. What do you guys use to get best results.

Should I use night or day only cameras?

Should I use camera with IR?

etc, etc.
