Axis P7304 With Pelco Spectrum IV SE

I just added a Pelco Spectrum IV SE camera to an Axis P7304 encoder.

After updating the firmware to 10.1.0 I was able to use the PTZ controls.

Does anyone know why the camera is displaying a "No Video" message in red on the top left corner of the screen?

There is an active video feed coming from the camera.
