Has anyone else experienced a high failure rate with this PTZ model? Installed (9) P5635-E's three years ago and during the past few months (5) of them have died, which of course is just outside the warranty period. Its a large client, campus environment with (110) total cameras and they are now questioning our continued use of Axis products.
In full disclosure we've always had great luck with Axis and have received top notch support overall... But this specific case is becoming very frustrating. Axis claims to not be aware of a high failure rate with this model. So far they are repairing the bad PTZ's and sending them back to us (for a large repair fee).
