Axis P3245-LVE Or P3227-LVE

I'm looking for an Axis dome camera that can detect license plates outdoors even in low light conditions.(50-65feet and 50 degrees) Does anyone know the differences between the two models mentioned above? What would be the best camera here? thanks in advance for the help.
