Which would deliver better results, basically all i need is a human detection analytic package that will trigger an alarm event in the control room when a human is attempting to breach a perimeter fence ? no other special requirements.
What would you suggest and Why ?
Hikvision Cross line detection is out as well as Nuuo IVS. both options have proven to be wanting, with the Massive number of false alarms received in the control room.
Cameras are trained on the perimeter fence with a maximum of 5 meters coverage on either side of the fence.
