We have approximately 75 Avigilon Core appliances installed at locations across North America. We centrally manage the oversite of the security operations for these machines in Dallas. The issue we have involves playback on location videos. Dallas is in the Central Time Zone (CST). We have several appliances installed in the Eastern, Mountain and Pacific time zones. When we connect to these devices (from CST) the appliance (located in EST) will default to the CST time zone when searching for playback. In other words - we know of an alarm event that occurred at 8:30 PM EST and we have to enter 7:30 PM in the search parameters. Never experienced this with any other IP based NVR. Spent in excess of 24 hours on the phone with Avigilon support and they cannot find the answer either. Has anyone else experienced this issue or no how to overcome this problem?
