Does Anyone have any experience with Averics? Specifically as an access control platform. Not really concerned with any of the other features of the software, at least not at this time. We are specifically looking for something to work with the Axis A1001 and newer controllers for enterprise grade systems.

Jul 11, 2018Averics Systems aren't commonly mentioned in surveys or classes, but it is an interesting offering. The platform is compatible with Assa wifi locks, HID, and Axis controllers.
They market strongly to IT resellers, and many of the platform's features tailor to that crowd. For example, the 'monitoring center' is built like an SNMP tool. Looks useful, but many from the non-IT side wouldn't be impressed to have it:
Are you curious about the cloud version, or premise based version, or both generally?

Jul 11, 2018I would be looking at both the cloud and on premise solutions. I spoke with a rep today. We are IT based with all of our offerings the SNMP tool feel may be welcomed. I am setting up a review with them, but was hoping maybe someone had some experience with the product to share.
