Automation Software For Access And CCTV Company

What automation software is/could be used in a typical Access and a CCTV Company in managing its day-to-day tasks (e.g. Sales, Purchases, Support, Vendor Warranty Tracking, Customer Warranty Tracking) effectively and efficiently.

(Please don't anyone tell me these can be done effectively and efficiently without using software)


My former company extensively customized their Microsoft Great Plains ERP package for integration business. However, this platform was also tasked with managing a manufacturing business, and would no be the path I recommend. Not only was it complicated, it was a very expensive undertaking.
