Are Storm Cameras (From Inaxsys) OEM?

A client's VMS is listing (perhaps detecting) them as Hikvision but they are not on the IPVM Hik OEM list. They do show up on the Dahua list but I am wondering if anyone knows for sure. Specifically the INSDO4IRF. Also, any feedback on these products is welcome.
