I have been digging on the ONVIF membership page and I saw that Hikvision, Dahua & Huawei still active as ONVIF members, and shown as "Full Level"
Weren't they suspended from ONVIF?
If they were reincorporated, which facts has changed comparing with the original suspension criteria?

ONVIF has suspended Dahua and Hikvision from conforming products, e.g., check the official ONVIF database and there are no new submissions in over a year, e.g., Dahua:
And Hikvision:
So Dahua and Hikvision are allowed to be members but cannot do the main thing that members do, which is to get products officially conformed or participate in any non public development of ONVIF.

But certainly this create a false and ambiguous interpretation about ONVIF and products ONVIF conformant.
This could encourage companies, consultants and integrators still consider that those brands products could be implemented in projects, then, may not reach proper integrations performance, regardless the USA government banning.

Yes, agreed. I reached out to ONVIF to see if they are planning to update any of their information for greater clarity. I think the probability is low that they do but we will see how they respond.
