Are Home Owners Really Interested In Door Locks, Thermostats, Etc?

Granted we just entered this market and learning the ropes, but it seems like most people are not interested in all of the accessory items like locks, thermostats, etc. Nor do they really seem to get excited about the alarm.com platform. Some do, but not willing to pay more for it.

Do we just suck at selling?
