Looks like it has a lot better features (integration to LTS recorders) than Ring or any other but was interested at how well it works.

Greg, we plan to test the original Hikvision version as soon as that's available locally.

We installed one, which had some advantages over the other more well known, Ring & Skybell. The Wi-Fi worked better but the motion detection sensitivity cannot be accessed thru the app, we had to adjust it after adding it to an NVR. Review?

We want to offer a door-bell for a Holiday Promotion...

I know this is an old post but, I have been installing LTS in residential for the last year and only did one Doorbell on my own home. To be honest, I really don't like it. I constantly get false alarms and the still shots of someone on my porch are usually grainy. That could be because the shot is not straight on, but from the side due to where my doorbell was. Other manufacturers have seemed to pick up on this and offer brackets to help with the angles. The motion sensitivity is hard to pinpoint between - picks up everything, and doesn't catch a human sized object. The integration into the NVR's is a pain. You have to change one of the channels to match the Doorbells IP, and then ever since that happened getting the video to record to the NVR has been spotty. I just resorted to buying a SD card for the unit and record straight to that. I still have issues accessing the recorded video in the app straight from the Doorbell and instead have to pull up the NVR Playback. Overall it works. It could be better though.

As another option for clients, I install a better camera with either an integrated microphone or external mic and then put in an external amplified speaker with volume control at the NVR and set up Alerts for the apps. Then they just use that camera as a two way radio sort of setup and they don't have the fisheye warp, and normally have a better quality view with higher MPixels.
