I inherited a citywide surveillance network largely comprised of Firetide hardware that was being maintained by a 3rd party. I know they were purchased and appear to be dying a slow death since they were acquired by Unicom.
The sales # goes to nowhere and I haven't been able to get someone to call me back after emailing sales@firetide. Many years back i spoke to someone in support that was in the USA but it appears support is online only now.
