Anyone Have Major Hikvision USA Customer Service Issues Since The Management Change?

Their credibility went down a whole lot when Jeffery He is no longer running the US operation. Anyone besides me had major customer service issues since the management change?

Never sold any Hikvision gear to an end user, got a few on the desk which are far from my interest. I never really had anything against what was paid for, it works however all the controversy has just let that camera sit on the bench to collect dust.

None at all.  We continue to be extremely impressed with the team we work with in their Canadian office.
