Any Tips When Creating A Video Surveillance Leasing Contract?

Hi all, I've been asked to provide a quote for leasing DVR's and several cameras for a commercial location however I have not done this before. Any tips/templates/suggestions I should consider/take?

Is your company looking to finance the equipment and create the lease? Or are you looking to partner with a leasing company who will then purchase the equipment and set the terms? We have done the latter and worked with Marlin Finance. They do a lot of work with low voltage companies.

Our company will provide the financing because the client has a budget set aside for it. They have no desire to use a finance company for leasing hence our "other" role as leasing company. They are somewhat large so I'm not too concerned about the payback.
