I need help resolving this issue with the Axis analog PTZ camera on a Q7401 encoder not responding to the joystick module. Video stream is good but no PTZ remote control.

Axis doesn't make analog cameras.
Whose camera is it and whose rs-485 protocol are you trying to use with. Have you installed the correct driver on to the encoder from Axis website?
