I got a pretty large project that is price sensitive and they are not fan of Hikvision and looking for another option in the same lower end of prices.
Any recommendations?

If this is a 'pretty large project' Dahua and Hikvision are going to offer incredibly low pricing, far lower than what's online.
Only smaller Chinese manufacturers might go lower - Longse, Sunell, TVT, XM to name a few (not that I am recommending this).
In terms of companies that are likely to be in the same price range but with a quality track record, alphabetically - Hanwha, Uniview, Vivotek.

Mar 15, 2018Hanwha is your best option if you are looking for analog HD alternative to HIK's TVI. The new Wisenet HD DVRs have worked out well for us. The lineup is only about 3-4% higher in cost than HIK.
