We use alarmbiller to dispatch service and handle our rmr for alarm billing. They say the site was hacked and hope to be able to restore our data completely.
As we rely more and more on SaaS, especially looking to ConnectWise, what do we do to protect ourselves? Loosing alarmbiller data wouldnt be terrible but we only have a few rmr accounts. But something like Connectwise would be terrible to loose.
Just suck it up and trust our partner to at least have backups that are safe?
