The Honeywell Lyric looks appealing with the simple install and features.
We have multiple commercial clients with multiple locations. Can multiple Lyrics be controlled from one app, or is there another similar system that would allow the main office to manage multiple location?
The Honeywell Lyric app controls one panel only and is basically intended for 'smarthomes'. Panels do not partition, either. If connected to Honeywell Total Connect 2.0, then you can control multiple panels, but at an extra street price of ~$30 per month per panel.
The Lyric Gateway is app-controlled only, while the Lyric Controller is a combo screen/keypad/panel.
