Will Alarm.com work thru the optional ethernet connection for 2gig or any other manufacture? What are the options for using alarm.com or similar service without a phone line or cellular signal on premise?

No, not as a primary.  Alarm.com uses cellular as primary and IP as a backup.

In terms of ethernet, 2Gig panels do not include an ethernet port and you must buy/use a local ethernet bridge (Go Bridge BRDG1-900).

In terms of WiFi only options, Total Connect works with panels via WiFi module. Some of the Honeywell Lynx panels support this.

Brian will the total connect panel do all the same features as alarm.com using the wifi module? Will total connect also accept ADT wireless sensors that are already in place. I apologize for all the questions I normally dont do residential work. Its a favor for a big commercilal client with a house in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately they have comcast cable internet. No land line or cellular service.

Total connect is proprietary to honeywell equipment and does not have as much functionality as alarm.com, although somewhat close. Adt primarily uses honeywell and dsc so depending on what was installed may be able to be taken over. Lastly Honeywell, in my experience, is not as easy to program so be prepared to call tech support alot and be prepared for long hold times if you/your tech are not familiar with programming honeywell panels.

The answer is likely 'no' to both.  I am not sure which wireless series the ADT panel is using, but the answer is a high-probabilty 'no'.

In terms of Alarm.com vs. Total Connect differences, give our Alarm.com Vs. Honeywell Total Connect Shootout a look, as we contrast the two platforms.
