Advice Required For Camera Cable Layout.

I am working on one site outdoor greenhouse site. The total area is around 1 million square feet and the length perimeter fence is around 5000 feet. there are around 30 poles for 40 x IP cameras along the fence with distance from each other 170 feet. the client already dig the trench along the fence so we can direct buried cable there. The main security station (where all wires will terminate) is near the one of the entrance along the fence.
My questions is what kind of cable we need to layout here and what could be the structure .
