Advice On Buying Ramset Or Other Powder Actuated Concrete Fastening Tools For Installing Jhooks?

We have currently been using masonry screws and nylon anchors to install j-hooks on concrete and block walls for years. That said, we have a few projects in place in which I have been asked by my team to buy a Ramset or Hilti Powder Actuated fastening tool to speed up the installation process. I am worried about blow outs in block and safety mainly. Any feedback on experiences with these types of tools would be appreciated.
