ADT Relationship With Dahua And Linksinet.Com?

ADT OEMs or has OEMed from Dahua, that is clear.

One strange element is the presence of the www.linksinet.com website. That website associates itself with ADT, e.g.:

And it prominently lists Dahua part numbers (though with no labeling of Dahua):

However, the website is registered to a Hanghzhou company, not Dahua but Lidgen Network-Tech Inc:

And that company's name has few meaningful search results.

So anyone know what the relationship of these companies are? Is Lidgen some form of reseller or middleman or?
