I registered for the course, but would like to register an additional employee of mine who is not a member of IPVM. Can non-members take the course for a slightly higher one time fee?

A non-member can take the course by signing up for a 3 month membership ($99). When a non-member goes to register for a course, this option is presented to them.

You're right. I did not see the time zone defaulted to PDT, which caused the 3 hour error. It's fixed now. The time is definitely 11am EDT.
