The clients VMS is a PC based Acti system(we did not install this). We have a tech replacing some older IP cameras with newer models. The first 11 cameras were no problem, got to # 12 and got an error message which caused a reboot. Now none of the login credentials work. Apparently the Acti tech support is online/email only? We have no idea if or when the tech might get a reply from Acti. Would prefer not to leave the site, but also not want to wait around for hours either. Does anyone have experience with Acti?
