ACTi Issues With Exacqvision

Anyone use Acti Cameras with exacqvision? We have issues with everyone of them where they don't detect motion correctly and when they do they only record for a split second no matter what the pre or post motion setting. Has anyone seen this? I have tried updating the firmware and pretty much any setting under the sun. Their isn't really any settings on the camera itself as far as motion. Anyone dealt with this or have any ideas? A ton were put in before I took over the cameras I'd love to just replace them but there is a bunch.
