I would recommend reaching out to ACTi at 866-410-2284.  You can ask to be connected to your regional Sales representative, who can recommend a local Dealer who can work with you on your issue; or you can ask to be connected to Technical Support.  Or reach out to me, and I will help you get you in the right direction.

The OP emailed me several sample clips to share.  He said the camera application is for a convention/meeting center:

Shutter speed is way too low.

Mondays are way too hectic.  Nils - a technician can adjust the Shutter Speed via VMS (if the camera is directly integrated), or via the Camera Settings via Internet Explorer.  Once into the Setup, go to the VIDEO section on the left, and then EXPOSURE/WHITE BALANCE tab.

Then select EXPERT SETTINGS, and change the Shutter Speed:

I recommend using at least 1/15 or 1/30fps, but no matter what, it should be faster than the Camera Recording FPS rate.  This should fix the smear/ghosting issue and give you a cleaner image.

Let me know if you need anything else.

The OP emailed:

"Thank you all for your help.

The vision now is much better, the factory support is not very good."
Good job all, thanks for helping here.
