Access Security For Remote Storage Containers?

Hello- is anyone aware of security offerings for shipping container used for storage? For instance a camera that turns on when the door is open, and notifies someone's phone? but with industrial/commercial specs due to field/outdoor/gritty environment. Or an access control panel with a commercial/industrial ring-like feature? These containers will be rented out for commercial storage.
