A local gun store owner has asked me about flash fog. I have heard of this http://www.flashfogsecurity.com/ but never used it. Any thoughts on this? Will this not render all of my brand new fancy HD cameras useless?

Aug 25, 2016This has its place but can cause video loss. Most fog is harmless and many systems use a glycol mix typically found in concert and DJ systems. Thermal will see through it but that is not good for identification. Fog is also used for vehicles and boat security systems.
