Along with 'resigning' Pedro Simoes today, Avigilon has removed 'executive' and 'senior' management teams, replacing it with just a single management team, as shown below:

Global Operations, Marketing and IR executives are now no longer listed.

Just looking at the new/existing management. Perception to me is all are very young, obviously extremely arrogant and in my opinion very troublesome for investors. Will be interesting in the not so distant future as to their outlook. One thing is for sure, the industry is aware of this arrogance and quality personnel are unlikely to join to help the growth with the over hanging thought if bring sacked at a moments notice for whatever reason. They do not provide 'guidance' on that area...

The tougher things get though, the less surprising it will be that more leave.
