Made edits to Buck Addams post. He says he's sure it's a law and he is looking for the actual code. I'm doing the same, but I think it's safer for now to say it's a policy. I left a message for the lawyer too, he may know faster.

Interviewed Mark Berman a lawyer who specializes in electronic discovery. That post will be done tomorrow a.m. He wants to see it before we publish to make sure it's good to go.
The DVR forensic recovery guys are down for an interview, we're just working to figure out a time.
Working on a post about persistent surveillance systems and have an interview about that for friday hopefully. As long as his flight isn't delayed. It's mostly written, just need to get the follow up information from him.
