What Is Your Proposal For Our Typical Customer? (Residential Apartment Building)

Hi, we are a 100 unit apartment building. Our 20 years old intercom system at our front door is acting up and we were just quoted $1500 to repair. We want to change to something newer that calls a smart phone with video, and we want to stop paying for the copper phone line. Some of the residents doesn't have a smart phone and some has out of state phone numbers.

We also have 4 access controlled doors, a pool, a gym, a club house and a mail room. Everybody already has their keyfobs and we would like to keep them. We don't have a dedicated onsite property manager, so we want a single system that can be integrated with our existing keyfobs.
